Instructions
- Pat steak dry with paper towels and cut into 1-inch cubes.
- In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, beef broth, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Add steak cubes to the crockpot and pour marinade mixture over the top. Toss lightly to coat each piece.
- Optional: Let steak sit in marinade for 10 minutes for extra flavor.
- Cover and cook on HIGH for 30 minutes. Stir after 20 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Check doneness; cook an additional 5-10 minutes if you prefer steak bites more well-done.
- Stir in chopped parsley. Serve steak bites with a drizzle of sauce from the crockpot.
- Let crockpot cool before washing. Soak insert in warm water if sauce sticks.
