- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ cup fresh orange juice
- Zest of 1 orange
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your springform pan to form an even layer. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth and fluffy.
- Mix in the fresh orange juice, zest, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until just combined, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
- Pour the filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Cover the cheesecake with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results.
- Once set, carefully remove the sides of the springform pan. Slice and serve with whipped cream and fresh orange slices for garnish!

For the best flavor, use freshly squeezed orange juice. If looking for a gluten-free option, substitute graham crackers with gluten-free cookies.
